A tempo run from work again. Tried to keep to Half Marathon pace, but struggled after last night. Did 7:53 (for a mile and a sixth), then 6:51, 7:00 and 8:02 (mile and a sixth again), so not too bad.
That's all for speedier paces this week. I wonder how Paula's getting on with her training?
