Not much to say.
Great session. Ran round the circuit outside the house and managed repeats of 6:20, 6:24, 6:27 and 6:34. Pity about the slowing down as I'd rather have done constant paces, but the first mile was particularly fast and I paid for it by the end.
Bearing in mind the hill, I'm now feeling more positive about a sub-40 min 10K a week on Sunday.
