Another lunchtime run from work. Tried a new route which is basically my 5 miles run in reverse with a bit taken out, and for some reason I don't understand, there seems to be more downhill than uphill compared to running it the other way round.
Took it nice and easy , but still did it much too fast (probably due to the long downhill). I'm sure I'll slow down as the miles add up.
First long run tomorrow morning instead of Sunday to avoid waking up guests.
