Ahh, yet again that fine line between slow and easy.
Thursday, Week 1
3 Miles, Steady
I took steady to mean give it a bit of speed and consequently was breathless within the first 2 minutes or so.
This felt good though after the slow and easy runs of this week that have actually felt pretty hard. I think my body has been a little surprised by having to get out running every day and may well be rebelling by Saturday.
