Tempo run from work.

Bit bored with this run now, as I have to repeat the mile circuit, and it's not exactly scenic. The only thing that livened it up today was the bizarre green paint marking on the pavement half way round which looked like the police are investgating the murder of a Pokemon. You have to make your entertainment where you can.

Paced it quite well at 6:45 min miles on the brisk part. I could feel the other runs from this week though and the easy part of the week is coming up at the right time.
