Very easy lunchtime run, slow enough that even the hill at 4 miles felt OK. Sunny too - perhaps I've missed the hard wintery runs I was worrying about.
Rest tomorrow to look at houses and cars. Longest run since last year's Blackpool Marathon on Sunday morning.

Slow easy paced run on my less hilly night-time route; this time didn't get caught up racing anyone.
