Run: "4 Miles, Easy"
Actual Distance: 4.5 Miles

Total Mileage So Far: 135 miles

Usual Friday lunchtime recovery run.

Wore a thick hoodie to try to keep my speed down; if I'm hot I'm going too fast.

Legs were getting a bit heavy towards the end, after the 4 consecutive days of running, so I'm going to make the most of the rest day tomorrow, and be up early Sunday for the long run.
